We charge a flat rate of £6.95 for delivery to the UK only.

Wherever possible we re-use packaging to save the environment.


Returns and Cancellations

Please notify any damaged goods to us, by email, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

You have the right to cancel any order you have made with us on our website within 14 days, starting the day goods are received, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please notify us of any intention to cancel by email or phone. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation notice and of any subsequent actions to be taken where required. This right does not apply to trade contracts or bespoke goods. 

After cancellation, please return unused goods to us in their original condition/packaging at your earliest convenience or within 14 days. The cost of returning the goods is to be paid by the customer and original delivery charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deduct an amount from any reimbursement if the goods have been opened, used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish their function. We will then refund the cost of goods paid at the time of your order no later than 14 days after we have received the goods back.
